We live very rurally--3. 5 hours from the Springs-- and had to do our pre-owned car shopping online before we could commit to that long of a trip. Kelvin responded to my online search inquiry by phone, and I really appreciated that personal touch and follow up once our appointment was made to come check out a car. When we arrived, he was ready for us and helped us work through our finance choices, as well as a hiccup with the credit check, with no pressure and common sense. He was also patient and kind to help me figure out how to register and program the Toyota app for my car before my long drive home. Great service. We also appreciated the positive experience with Jerry in finance who was friendly and informative. The entire process of test driving and purchasing took about 3 hours. The only thing that would have improved the experience is if the interior of the car had been detailed a bit better; there were old dried leaves in the trunk and the mats stowed back there could have been a little cleaner. Regardless, I love my new car and will recommend this dealership to friends! Thanks, guys. More

I bought a 2024 4Runner with 12500 miles. I had it delivered to me halfway. Had multiple major defects. They did try to make a few things right. But they never should of never let the car lea I had it delivered to me halfway. Had multiple major defects. They did try to make a few things right.
