From the time I arrived at the Service Dept, Kelvin was welcoming yet professional and treated me respectfully and kindly. Throughout our entire interaction, Kelvin kept me informed with the pertinent deta welcoming yet professional and treated me respectfully and kindly. Throughout our entire interaction, Kelvin kept me informed with the pertinent details which directly impacted my perception of feeling valued as a Kia customer. I even missed notification calls from Kelvin due to a mistaken setting on my mobile phone; however, Kelvin's demeanor continued to convey professionalism and compassion for my situation. When the service was completed, I left with gratitude and a smile which I continued to pay forward. I recommend Kelvin's dedication to exceptional customer service as the example to all other departments. More

We arrived for our appointment and they took the car in promptly. We waited in the customer lounge and had a cup of coffee. Our car was ready in less then one hour and we were good to go. The service department was very accommodating and pleasant. We had to wait during covid times and they did their best to be as speedy as possible. When I think of.the.service department at KIA Danbury, I just have to smile with pleasure and satisfaction. They actually DO the work.and DO it well. They are responsive, conscientious, and personable--- just have to smile with pleasure and satisfaction. They actually DO the work.and DO it well. They are responsive, conscientious, and personable--- they actually try to pass the savings back to the owner.of the car....and they make sure that KIA Motors services the warranty if necessary. Recently I received a letter that if the car's warranty ran out during covid that KIA would honor the warranty--- and it did! That alone was a $750 savings.... I have nothing but raves to say about Kelvin, Tom (no longer there).and Abby. Your car is in. Great hands with Danbury Kia.... More
