i had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Kelvin on the sales end of my car buying experience. professional, accommodating and extremely helpful would be the best way to describe my experience with Kel sales end of my car buying experience. professional, accommodating and extremely helpful would be the best way to describe my experience with Kelvin. when transitioning to the financial portion of the deal in process for the vehicle i was excited to purchase, i had the absolute displeasure of dealing with Josh, the finance person. while there were multiple instances of unprofessionalism and inappropriate behavior, i will state two of these incidents in these comments. number 1 - i was misgendered at the end of the deal after sitting with me and going through paperwork for an hour, respectfully he was aware of my name and gender at the start of this transaction. no attempt to correct was made by Josh after it was brought to his attention insinuating intent to misgender. number 2 - days after the deal was made i received a phone call from Josh stating that he needed me and my mom to come in and sign paperwork that he neglected to do at the time of the sale. this happened the week between christmas and new year and was an inconvenience for us to come back. We were able to come in and were meet by Josh who had a very negative attitude towards us as if this was our fault that he did not have the documents necessary to complete the sale. he stated "I was waiting on you" after he knew we were in the building and were waiting him for over thirty minutes. from this point the meeting turned very unprofessional and uncomfortable for both me and my mom, resulting in our having to leave his office and seek help from others at the dealership, thankfully Kelvin and Kelly were able to intervene and we were able to finish the required paperwork that was needed to complete this sale. if further information is needed by the management team at Koon's Chevrolet, my mom and i are both available via phone or email to discuss and provide and additional details regarding our experience. sincerely, Jess Shipley and Lauren Shipley More

I inquired about a vehicle with Kevin. I asked him for a purchase order which shouldn’t take long at all to do. Day after day he kept giving me run arounds “ waiting on my finance manager” I asked him for a purchase order which shouldn’t take long at all to do. Day after day he kept giving me run arounds “ waiting on my finance manager” then told me he’d get it to me the next day for whatever reason. Never heard from him the following day asking minutes later he emails me with a newer year and not the model or color I was interested in. At that point I was never told the car I inquired in was no longer available. I could have been informed that someone else was interested or already going through the process instead I was lead on getting the run arounds for days. Very unprofessional. More
