Vehicle was not as described, was missing parts seen on pictures, and was in fair condition at best. I brought it up to the sales person, made a very fair offer given the condition and replacement value (9 pictures, and was in fair condition at best. Another salesman sat down (introduced themselves as the sales manager!), and said best they could do is $200 off (+$300 if they ran my credit). The finance officer refused to take no as an answer to any additional warranties, so we went back and forth playing that game for another 10 minutes. They knew I had traveled from out of state and instead of being fair, they chose to make the sale on their terms alone. (And before I get some silly response about how the car was priced accordingly based on the options, save it. Options are only part of the equation.) And you wonder why there's no customers in the dealership on a Friday! More
