Short and sweet I had a very easy time working with Kelvin. He was understanding, explained everything, and answered all of my questions. If he couldn’t answer; he kn I had a very easy time working with Kelvin. He was understanding, explained everything, and answered all of my questions. If he couldn’t answer; he knew those certain questions, I could ask Vino, who handled the finance part of my purchase. My only “complaint” would be the time consumption. I believe I was there for close to 5 hours. However, that’s not the reason I gave the 4 star rating. I gave the 4 star rating simply because I’ve only had my car for 3 days. Too early to judge the rating of the actual vehicle but I am loving it so far. Thanks for all your help Kelvin! P.S, I saw the manager Tina Haddad was preselected, however, I don’t remember interacting with her. I didn’t want to rate someone on service that I can’t remember. The only woman I interacted with during my time at the dealership was the one who handled the transaction of the down payment on the vehicle, but I unfortunately can’t remember her name either. If that was Tina, then I apologize, however, our interaction was very short and like I said all she handled was the transaction for the down payment. More
