Two hours I waited two hours for an oil change, multiple people that had gotten there after me where given service before me. They were also for oil changes plu I waited two hours for an oil change, multiple people that had gotten there after me where given service before me. They were also for oil changes plus additional services and left before I did, even though I had scheduled ahead of time. More

Subpar experience This was my first time buying a car for myself, but I’ve had many experiences being with someone else who was buying a car. I was not impressed with t This was my first time buying a car for myself, but I’ve had many experiences being with someone else who was buying a car. I was not impressed with the experience I had at Nissan. First walking into the dealership, I was greeted with handshakes by the front desk which was nice. Nissan didn’t have any complimentary water or snacks like most dealerships I’ve been to. When it comes to my salesperson Kelvin, he didn’t put much of an interest into what I was looking for in a car. He didn’t engage in much conversation with my family or I. I was interested in a Nissan Kicks and he didn’t seem to be fully educated on what the car had to offer because just about every question I had, he had to go somewhere else to find an answer. When I told him I had interests in another car from another dealership, he didn’t seem to care if I was going to buy from Nissan or not. I would’ve figured that as a sales person you would try everything you had to sell a car to a potential first time buyer but I guess not with Kelvin. When it came time to driving my car off the lot I had to drive my car out of the service garage, since they were finishing off cleaning my car and putting my plates on. When reversing my car out I was getting too close to another car and wasn’t comfortable with reversing it out and one of the nice service employees (I don’t know his name) offered to reverse my car out and Kelvin told him don’t do it, which I think is rude. When it comes to finance, I enjoyed working with Vino. He was genuine and helped me understand so much about my warranties I was interested in. I can’t give this dealership too low of stars because I’m happy I got the car I was looking for and I had a good experience with Vino who offered me two free oil changes. More
