Service for car on Wednesday March 8th Came in for an oil change and to have a turn signal bulb and a headlight bulb changed. Ken Ashby helped us and was very friendly. He explained that I Came in for an oil change and to have a turn signal bulb and a headlight bulb changed. Ken Ashby helped us and was very friendly. He explained that I needed some brake work that needed to be done soon. He advised us we could go across the street to get something to eat and go to Walmart so as to make the wait better. We did that and when we got back the car was done and ready within a few minutes of our return. Everyone we had contact with was very nice and helpful. More

Extremely good service. We purchased a used 2015 Chevy Tahoe from Sands in late 2016. The latch on the tailgate failed. Ken Ashby and his crew tracked down the problem and We purchased a used 2015 Chevy Tahoe from Sands in late 2016. The latch on the tailgate failed. Great experience! Great dealership, from Sales through Service Departments. My last 4 vehicles have been purchased from Sands and any service is done there. I brought 2 Great dealership, from Sales through Service Departments. My last 4 vehicles have been purchased from Sands and any service is done there. I brought 2 vehicles in on my last visit, for routine service and I always request Ken Ashby for my Service Tech. He knows his business and is always polite. I live within 1 mile of another Chevy dealership, but I prefer to go to Sands because of the trust that I have in Sands and Mr Ashby. More
