Great service I called about a recall issue on my car and my service adviser was Ken. I was able to get my car in within a couple of days and Ken called regularly I called about a recall issue on my car and my service adviser was Ken. I was able to get my car in within a couple of days and Ken called regularly to keep me updated on the progress. It turned out there were other recalls that they went ahead and fixed as well. I was very satisfied and the customer service was excellent. More

Kept in contact with me the whole time and said they would have to finish it on Monday, which they did, was helpful to have the courtesy car take me home and pick me up as I had no one to do that for me. More

Misleading and not given full disclosure As far as the sales department, I have recieved nothing but excellent service. However, this time around in taking my vehicle for servicing, I feel I was taken advantage of. I was never told what fees would be be associated with the service, I was just recommended on what should be done to the car. Ken, the service associate we dealt with, made it seem that GM covered these services over the phone. Upon arrival, these services had been done already without being told how much they cost and that they would be done. We were not expecting these charges and were not happy the fees were never disclosed prior. I will no longer be taking my vehicle to Sands in Surprise. More

Exceptional Service! Ken in the service department went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my vehicle was top notch. I had a warranty issue that was caused at th Ken in the service department went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my vehicle was top notch. I had a warranty issue that was caused at the selling dealership and because of Kens tenacity I now have a new set of tires, recall service complied with, routine service done and my truck is 100% again all without being burdened with going to the selling dealership. The service and parts department at this dealership are the only reasons to go here and Ken is a perfect reason why. Thank you Ken More
