replace right front door speaker I went in for an oil change about 6 weeks ago and asked my service advisor Ken Ashby if he can take a look at my speaker because I hear crackling comi I went in for an oil change about 6 weeks ago and asked my service advisor Ken Ashby if he can take a look at my speaker because I hear crackling coming from it. He agreed to do so, and could not replicate the sound. He then ordered a new speaker and installed it under warranty. Every time I go in there, if Ken is my advisor, he takes good care of my and gets the job done correctly. He also washes my car every time i'm in there. He is what a service advisor should be. More

Warranty service Staff was friendly, knowledgable and addressed all issues. I was able to get an appointment in a timely fashion and was greeted professionally. Great service I called about a recall issue on my car and my service adviser was Ken. I was able to get my car in within a couple of days and Ken called regularly I called about a recall issue on my car and my service adviser was Ken. I was able to get my car in within a couple of days and Ken called regularly to keep me updated on the progress. It turned out there were other recalls that they went ahead and fixed as well. I was very satisfied and the customer service was excellent. More

Kept in contact with me the whole time and said they would have to finish it on Monday, which they did, was helpful to have the courtesy car take me home and pick me up as I had no one to do that for me. More

Brake problem Ken and his team diagnosed my problem down to a few variables off which after competing the work, my truck is now back in to get the final variable re Ken and his team diagnosed my problem down to a few variables off which after competing the work, my truck is now back in to get the final variable replaced.
