Loved my experience at Heberts Town and Country! ! I am from Texas, living in a small town, with only a few dealerships. My husband and I tried to do a deal and the dealerships around us weren't good at all. They didnt make us a priority or make any effort to help us. It was awful. So I found a car on Heberts online. I received a call from Anthony Thompson who was truly amazing! We got an AMAZING deal and I was able to do the bulk of information over text and phone vs being at the car lot all day. I can tell you it was absolutely great to be able to walk in, sign papers and walk out with the keys to my new Jeep Grand Cherokee that I am absolutely in love with. If you find yourself looking for a new or used vehicle do yourself a huge favor and go to Heberts Town and Country in Shreveport, LA FIRST. Leave those silly car dealers who don't want to work out of the picture and pick the best, Heberts. Our salesman Anthony was so attentive to my husband and I. He even sat in our car and went over all the different bells and whistles and made our transition to our new car so easy. He and other staff were very accommodating along with the finance and sales manager. I give them a 10 out of a 10!! Call them today! I promise you won't regret it. Everyone there is great but Anthony was our guy and will be our first call when we are ready for something new in the future. The selection is awesome and the customer service is beyond measure.
