While this was my third Honda vehicle, this was my first new car purchase. Bob Briney made the experience very easy and smooth. Bob was able to successfully multi-task with multiple customers at once while still making me feel important and attended to. Bob is a real professional that I have already recommended to friends looking for new vehicles. My experience with the finance office was ok, but it took a bit longer because the Ken kept entering information onto the forms incorrectly and having to reprint the paperwork. As a result, I wasn't confident that he knew the correct numbers. I also felt that he did not always explain things very clearly. The service/parts department was good but not as excellent as working with sales. When I checked my car in to have accessory items added, Austin was polite but not overly friendly. Only one person in the entire service and parts area seemed to be wearing a mask. This left me feeling uncomfortable in the middle of a pandemic. They did provide me a loaner vehicle while mine was being worked on that was also a new CR-V which I appreciated. More
