I messed up by pushing the wrong buttons on our answering machine and did not hear Bryans message that our 2012 Odyssey was ready for pickup I got angry and wrote a very poor review about Basney Honda and Bryan Smith . After my wife pointed out to me my erroneous ways with the answering machine I humbly erased my not so nice review. Bryan took care of everything and had the car waiting for us at 10:30 Am just like he said the car was washed clean and spotless inside and out and everything was in good order . To sum it up this misunderstanding was my fault and Bryan did a great job Thank You Basney Honda and Brian Smith . Robert Sumption More

Great service I honestly hate buying cars... the process takes several hours and I almost always feel pressured and feel like I need to come ready to talk them down I honestly hate buying cars... the process takes several hours and I almost always feel pressured and feel like I need to come ready to talk them down in price. The nice thing about Basney is they price their cars to sell, so what you see on the website is the sale price of the car. They don't mark up the prices and they are a one price shop. I brought in my old vehicle to trade it in.. and they gave me a very fair price on my old SUV to put towards a certified, pre-owned 2016 Honda CRV. They also extended my "bumper-to-bumper" warranty to 125,000 miles for the same monthly payment I had on my old SUV that was almost ten years old! I did not feel pressured during this process and I would recommend Basney Honda. And to make things even better.. I have free car washes for LIFE. :) More
