I messed up by pushing the wrong buttons on our answering machine and did not hear Bryans message that our 2012 Odyssey was ready for pickup I got angry and wrote a very poor review about Basney Honda and Bryan Smith . After my wife pointed out to me my erroneous ways with the answering machine I humbly erased my not so nice review. Bryan took care of everything and had the car waiting for us at 10:30 Am just like he said the car was washed clean and spotless inside and out and everything was in good order .
