Never gave me options, or suggestions, or explained different levels of warranty etc. At least try to sell me on a reasonable level of warranty. We scheduled a drive with Scott Allen and he greeted Jeannie and I when we arrived at the appointed time. The vehicle for the test drive was ready and Scott got copies of our Driver licenses and told us Jeannie and I when we arrived at the appointed time. The vehicle for the test drive was ready and Scott got copies of our Driver licenses and told us to take our time driving and we would talk when we returned. After going over the particulars for the test drive Pilot we ended up buying a different Pilot that better matched our needs. Excellent experience, Scott asked the right questions to understand what we were looking for without any pressure, very professional and courteous. More
