JODY is AMAZING!!! I arrived at Fred Anderson Toyota at roughly 8:30am on Monday March 5th...not even sure that I was going to buy a car. After being dissatisfied with I arrived at Fred Anderson Toyota at roughly 8:30am on Monday March 5th...not even sure that I was going to buy a car. After being dissatisfied with a used car purchased last May, I just thought I would walk around the lot before they got too busy to see if anything interested me. Once I made the decision that I was going to buy a car, I talked with financing FIRST to see what my best options would be. After that, I met Jody Fleming in the lobby and I am so glad I did. He is made to be a salesperson (not in a bad way at all.) He has the personality, the knowledge and was honest throughout the ENTIRE process. The way he pointed out the safety features, and extras on the car--he went above and beyond. This was by far the best experience in buying a car. It was stress free and didn't take as long as I expected. I appreciated the follow up call and the follow up email from Jody. My husband is approaching 400K miles on his pickup truck. I hope Jody is still there when it's his turn to buy. We will look for him as we wish not to use anyone else to buy our car. More

The entire process was easy! I stopped in on my lunch break and bought a new car in under 2 hours. Each person I dealt with was knowledgeable and fair.
