I found everyone to be incredibly helpful and kind. I absolutely loved Troy Holley. He was a doll to work with as we dragged him around in the cold and rain that day. His good humor never failed and he couldn't have been more helpful. If you want to buy a new car at this dealership you should ask for Troy. You'll be so happy with your experience. From the test drive to fastening my old license plate on the new car he was an absolute hoot to work with! He made a normally stressful experience a whole lot of fun!!! Great sense of humor but totally professional and extremely knowledgeable. I wanted to take him home with me along with the new car. More

Steve Daniel and Ken Cobb rolled out the red carpet and took the time to to listen and understand my wants and needs for a new toyota. I had been looking for a newer toyota for a year or so and careflly condisered my options. i traded a 2009 Sequoia with 148k miles for a new 2018 Sequoia TRD Sport. The 09 Sequoia SR5 4wd served me well for many years and to date is the best vehicle i've ever owned. Steve, Ken and everyone i met at the dealership made the process easy and fun. Great deal and great service, but some misinformation I worked with Dayu Li on the sales floor. He was great! He did a good job explaining things to me, and he was willing to work with me on the interest I worked with Dayu Li on the sales floor. He was great! Everyone I worked with was very friendly, and I ended up getting a great deal on the car. I did mention that this was my first car loan, and I ended up signing a deal that I would not get. I had to come in again and put down way more money than I had planned. I feel like they should have known that I would not get 0% without money down. I was surprised myself when I did not have to put money down, and then the next day, getting a call that I had to put so much money down was a little disappointing. In the end, however, I am glad that I got the car and kept the 0% interest, so no harm done. I am very happy with the purchase and the overall experience and customer service. More
