Unbelievably accommodating The experience we had with Jim was excellent. We had a specific need for a new vehicle for my wife to upgrade her 2014 Rav4 to a new one. Of course we The experience we had with Jim was excellent. We had a specific need for a new vehicle for my wife to upgrade her 2014 Rav4 to a new one. Of course we had a loan and needed it paid in full to make the deal possible. We also wanted the internet price of the vehicle we saw online. Jim and the manager looked at our car and came back with their offer. They were short a couple of hundred dollars on the trade, the internet price was right on the money. We were at another Raleigh area Toyota dealer where we were told that we could not get the internet price because they sell their cars before they come in; so why put an internet price online? So we went on and bought the car from Jim and seemed to get a fair deal that worked for us without the agonizing haggling. We noticed one problem with our sale the next day and to me it was a big one. There was no cargo cover included in the price. This was very disappointing as crime is rampant and we like to cover certain items that we transport on a regular basis. Overall, Jim was great and a no nonsense salesperson. It was a good experience and he certainly gave us a straight forward deal without the usual dealership beat down. Now if only he could convince Fred Anderson to give us the cargo cover, but I'm not holding my breath. Thanks Jim... To update: Ken Cobb made it happen with the cargo cover. More
