Ken has been with Falmouth Toyota since 2006, with Toyota Motor Sales since 1988. He has served in the capacity of sales consultant, business manager, Internet manager and sales manager, a position he held for ten years at a previous Toyota dealership. Ken has been a Cape Codder since the early 80’s when he was a mid-Cape Real Estate Broker. Ken’s professional and no pressure demeanor is easily recognized and appreciated by his extremely loyal customers. Ken always takes the time for all his customers, old and new alike. In his spare time Ken is a lifelong surfer with vacation time still spent chasing the perfect wave! He is a 25+ year participant in the Cape Cod Oldtimers Longboard charity event. Bought a new car at Falmouth Toyota. Everyone there was very friendly and rather low key as in no pressure on me to buy anything. My sales guy, Ken Collings, was truly a terrific salesman. He paid attentio very friendly and rather low key as in no pressure on me to buy anything. My sales guy, Ken Collings, was truly a terrific salesman. He paid attention to my concerns before the sale without pushing me to spend more money than I wanted to. He found the exact car I wanted, offered the best price on the Cape, and made closing the deal absolutely painless. He explained every detail in a language that made it easy to understand, wasn't in a rush, and called me at home today to make sure the car was OK and that I was happy. The finance person (sorry, can't remember her name) was great, too. I'll tell 'ya...he and Falmouth Toyota are tops in my book. Every auto dealer should be as friendly, helpful, and efficient as Falmouth Toyota!!! More

My experience at Falmouth Toyota was great. Ken Collings was a pleasure to work with, he was very helpful listened to my needs and was also mindful of my budget. Ken gave me options and worked with me to find the perfect used Truck. Financial services were very friendly and explained every question I had. Many of the staff including Tom Murphy went out of their way to to congratulate me on my new truck and made the whole experience very enjoyable. Delivery was also very smooth, Inspection took only a short time and the truck was detailed inside and out, it looked great! Ken and the staff were professional and a pleasure to work with. I will always recommend Falmouth Toyota. More

After taking us for our requested test drive in a Toyota Rav 4, Ken listened to the features we were looking for and gave us several reasonable choices to consider with quite fair pricing options. My wife and I were so happy with his suggestions we wound up buying a new Rav 4 for me and a certified pre-owned Rav 4 for her. Also, Falmouth Toyota gave us good value for our trade-in.
