This my second purchase at Falmouth Toyota. Both times I ended up purchasing a former lease vehicle with low miles. My first Camry lasted 301,068 miles! I wasn't intimidated or coerced into something I really didn't want. I was encouraged to take the vehilce for a test drive and knew this was the vehicle I wanted. Ken was the most accomodating sales person I have ever met. Encouraged questions, explained everything clearly and very attentive to detail. When it came to the financial end of business, Amy Beth Killoran was outstanding. Never have I experienced such an easier financial transaction. Quick, thorough, and very professional. The service, from the phone call to make the appointment, to welcome I receive and the time service takes to explain, to the people who give me a receipt, is impeccable. I have spent most of my career in client relations and service. I am very picky about quality service and this dealer gets an A+. They are professional, friendly and care about the customers they service. They build relationships. I spent the summer researching "non-toyotas" just to see the difference and if there was something else out there that fit my needs. I visited several dealerships and worked with many people. I ended up back at Falmouth Toyota. I worked with Ken Collings who I'd recommend STRONGLY if you need a new/pre-owned or leased car. He knows his product and explains everything in detail. He understands what it's like to be in the customer's position and worked with me to help me work out all the details I needed to work out to purchase my pre-owned PRIUS. I felt comfortable and that he was being straight with me about all details. I've been able to build a relationship with Falmouth Toyota and that is what will keep me recommending them and a loyal customer. It was good that I spent the summer looking elsewhere. We purchased a brand new 2011 Tacoma from Falmouth Toyota. As part of the purchase, we traded a 2005 Toyota Tundra that we bought from Falmouth Toyota in 2008. Both purchasing experiences were fantastic and both times we dealt exclusively with Ken Collings. Ken was very professional yet made our buying experience very personal. He clearly answered all of our questions and provided us with all the material necessary to help us make an informed purchase. Of course, driving a Toyota is the best decision you can make, but this dealership is different from any other I have ever been in. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. Their service people are excellent and accomodating. They are honest and supportive when it comes to making decisions about your vehicle. We have been going to Falmouth Toyota for many years. There is another dealership that is much closer to our home, but we have chosen to drive all the way to Falmouth because of the experience we have each time we are there. Taylor in the service department and Tony Martino are really nice human beings who care about their customers. They help in whatever way they can. We recently had the pleasure of working with Ken Collings who sold us our Sequoia. Ken is a fantastic salesman who listens to his customers and supports them in whatever way he can. He has a great sense of humor, loves what he does, and genuinely cares about your experience at the dealership. He was very accomodating to our needs and took the time to explain the different features on our vehicle. The neat thing is that he said to call him whenever we have a question and/or concern. I have had to call him a couple of times when I had questions about the car or insurance, and he was not only helpful, but he wanted me to know if anything comes up in the future, he is there. Even the financial person we worked with to get our car loan was a pleasure and he was genuinely excited for us. In my opinion, it really doesn't get any better than Falmouth Toyota. Matt Murphy genuinely is passionate about his work and is incredibly friendly and accomodating. He also strives to give the customers the best deal he can and for them to have a positive experience. He paid attention to my concerns before the sale without pushing me to spend more money than I wanted to. He found the exact car I wanted, offered the best price on the Cape, and made closing the deal absolutely painless. He explained every detail in a language that made it easy to understand, wasn't in a rush, and called me at home today to make sure the car was OK and that I was happy. The finance person (sorry, can't remember her name) was great, too. I'll tell 'ya...he and Falmouth Toyota are tops in my book. Every auto dealer should be as friendly, helpful, and efficient as Falmouth Toyota!!! More
