The service, from the phone call to make the appointment, to welcome I receive and the time service takes to explain, to the people who give me a receipt, is impeccable. I have spent most of my career in client relations and service. I am very picky about quality service and this dealer gets an A+. They are professional, friendly and care about the customers they service. They build relationships. I spent the summer researching "non-toyotas" just to see the difference and if there was something else out there that fit my needs. I visited several dealerships and worked with many people. I ended up back at Falmouth Toyota. I worked with Ken Collings who I'd recommend STRONGLY if you need a new/pre-owned or leased car. He knows his product and explains everything in detail. He understands what it's like to be in the customer's position and worked with me to help me work out all the details I needed to work out to purchase my pre-owned PRIUS.
