I worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a Law Enforcement Officer before joining BMW. I served and retired from the United States Marine Corp after 20 years of faithful service. My sales career started as a Marine on Recruiter Duty. I bring the same dedication and commitment to my role as Client Advisor as in my previous professions. My New BMW Start to finish this was a great experience. I worked with Frank and Ken, and both were accommodating in helping me find the right car. They did a tremendous job assessing my needs and then ensuring that we found a BMW that fit that criteria. Made the car buying experience very enjoyable and as long as I am buying a BMW I will be buying from Ganley. This experience also only further emphasized the strong relationship between my organization, the Cavaliers, Monsters & Gladiators, and Ganley. We've built a strong partnership that continues to provide value to both companies. Hopefully we can continuing building our relationship between two great Northeast Ohio organizations! More

Best Experience I can't say enough good things about my experience. Ken & Frank were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They both put up with my excessive excitement I can't say enough good things about my experience. Ken & Frank were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They both put up with my excessive excitement & was always prompt on answering my emails/phone calls when I wanted to know what the status of my order was on the M3. They did everything in their power to satisfy all my requests and needs. I have zero complaints. On the day I took delivery, there was a couple small issues and they had me come in, the service guys took care of it in half an hour and I was out the door and back on the road. The finance guy was extremely helpful & got me everything I needed. The service level at this place is genuinely top notch. I would highly recommend working with either of these guys for anyone's next BMW. I know I will definitely be a returning customer in the future. More

However, often times that excitement is overshadowed by the sales process and the sales experience. You know what I mean! NOT going to happen at Ganley BMW, the excitement over the new car is only enhanced by the sales experience. I have had the pleasure of working with Bob Strecker and Ken Delk. I asked for their suggestions and input regarding the model, the equipment and the overall financials. This process took me some time (more than usual) to digest to ensure I was getting the car I wanted configured to my needs. There was no pressure from sales, only constructive, positive input. At the end of the process the pricing was better than expected and I ordered the car. My car was recently delivered at the BMW Performance and Delivery Center in South Carolina. What a fabulous experience! Most important, the production schedule, delivery schedule and almost anything that had to do with the car was always communicated to me without my having to prompt sales for information. The "i's" were dotted and the "t's" crossed, it was a perfect experience. I am a car guy and all cars interest me. However, after the Ganley experience and the BMW Delivery Center experience, I will never buy another brand from another dealer. BMW, your brand is in good hands with Bob, Ken and the Ganley team. Top Notch Service I must say from the moment I walked into the dealership, to the moment I walked out with our cars everything was spot on. Even though I live in Kirtland, I will definitely drive out to Ganley BMW again to do business with these guys, because they are top notch. I have never liked going into a car dealership before, because of all the games and b/s. With Ken and Frank, they gave me there best price off the bat, and it was better than anyone else had given me. More
