Took 2. 5 months and the problem still exists. Was told a computer module ordered. They never installed. Instead replaced all the sensors AGAIN, as previous t 5 months and the problem still exists. Was told a computer module ordered. They never installed. Instead replaced all the sensors AGAIN, as previous time the vehicle was brought in for the same issue! This was the 3rd time, 5 months total, to fix the same issue. The car was returned after 2.5 months with gas on empty. Then I was billed for 6 gal of gas! Communication with advisor lacks. Currently, as several times, I messaged advisor and have heard nothing. It’s been 7 days and still no reply to the issue , codes arising again on the car. I’m at a loss for where to escalate this situation with Kia. I’ve been a 5 vehicle customer at this dealership. My next move is a letter to Kia. I expect to hear back very soon, Luther Kia own this poor service and lack of communication. Eileen Baird More
