Terrible experience. I left my new Kia with your service department, believing that it was in good hands. I came back to a damaged vehicle because someone put my car in I left my new Kia with your service department, believing that it was in good hands. I came back to a damaged vehicle because someone put my car in the customer lot and someone rammed into my backend. The tech said, no damage, but that wasn't true. Now we have to deal with a repair to my new car because of your terrible parking situation. Luther should have been responsible to take care of this problem. Instead they made light of the damage and sent us on our way. That is truly poor customer service! More
