It took 3 days again to hear anything back from service department. Once Dave Borgen called, things moved along much better. Poor customer service when it came to my appointment, they weren’t tracking the fact that I needed a new handle for my car which is the main reason why I made the appointment. Very accommodating staff. I was sorry they weren’t able to find coverage for the expenses, but they did try. I should have come in sooner. The Lyft service is great. I had a number of services needed and they did it all. However, I was waiting in the lobby and was not really informed how long I'd be there.
