Prompt service by thoughtful and proficient staff. The person who scheduled my appointment was very helpful in determining the need for service being immediate vs something that could wait a bit. As always, everyone at Nissan Kia was extremely accommodating. My car was able to get in right away for service and it was done with a smile!!! They quickly found the problem, fixed it and I was out the door. Ken was very professional and easy to work with. My transmission was slipping and sometimes very hard so I brought it down to see if it requires a new transmission. Ken said that they would put in some new computer software to see if it would cure the prob brought it down to see if it requires a new transmission.
