Ken Harris was amazing from the minute I put the inquiry in on the Ram I saw online. I spoke with him either through text or phone call every day until I got to the Dealership to see the truck in person. Ke in on the Ram I saw online. Ken had texted me on Thursday morning to tell me he was sending the Ram to the detail shop that way if I liked the ram truck it was ready for me to take home without waiting around at the shop. Our visit to the dealership was the best experience my wife and I have ever had at any dealership. Between Ken Harris and Brian Franklin in the finance Dept. we were there for a total of 2 hours. and 25 minutes of that was the test Drive. A lot of the time spent there was my wife and I talking to Ken. When someone is so personable and caring it is hard not to have other conversations besides just talking about cars/trucks, rates, and money. I would say just the whole buying process lasted about 45 minutes tops. This was our first time at Klaben and in the future I do not plan on purchasing from any other dealership or with any other salesman. Ken Harris takes pride in what he does, is very knowledgeable and has over the top communication skills with his customers. More
