Adam, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and for speaking with me when you dropped off your Jeep. I understand how frustrating it is to bring your vehicle in expecting a resolution and feel like the situation has only gotten worse. We appreciate you being candid about your experience. After our conversation, Liz and I are working directly with the engineers to address each concern thoroughly. We will not release the vehicle until we are confident the issues have been properly resolved.
