Ken was knowledgeable and informative about the vehicles I inquired about. On that, he gets five stars. I was disappointed that I made two appointments to meet with him at the dealership and both times he w I inquired about. On that, he gets five stars. I was disappointed that I made two appointments to meet with him at the dealership and both times he was not able to meet with me because he was with other clients. I understand the first time not being able to keep an appointment but two in a row was very frustrating for me. Again, we made a specific appointment to meet. I ended being handled by two other great sales associates in the end. I was there for most of the day and Ken never came over to personally apologize or follow up with me on apologizing days after I left. Mistakes happen, even twice, but a simple “I’m sorry” would’ve been the professional and right thing to do. More
