We have been dealing with Duer Speet for years. We purchased 3 vehicles from them prior to this one. All 3 were purchased using the same sales guy but he is no longer there so we just picked someone n purchased 3 vehicles from them prior to this one. All 3 were purchased using the same sales guy but he is no longer there so we just picked someone new for this purchase. I had a lot of very specific things I wanted out of this new truck. The customer service we received was just as good as always, if not even better. Everyone pitched in to not only find me the truck I wanted but it was actually even better then I expected. Over the top I had a recurring problem with my car. It may or may not have been manufacturer related. All of the people that worked on it were as concerned about I had a recurring problem with my car. It may or may not have been manufacturer related. All of the people that worked on it were as concerned about getting to the bottom of it as I was. They were extremely courteous and helpful, always concerned with my experience. They not only solved the problem at no expense to me but made sure that I was inconvenienced as little as possible. These guys are a picture of great customer service.
