Excellent staff The staff makes everything great even if Chrysler has very expensive headlight bulbs. Ken did a fantastic job keeping me informed of the status of my vehicle repair, walking me through what my warranty would cover and how I can insure my warranty will continue to be available to me if I address service issues right away. Ken and Kurtis have always been friendly and helpful and make me feel like I am their only customer when in fact they are a very busy and successful dealership and their service center is usually packed. The front desk attendant who took payment was also very kind and friendly. I have purchased one vehicle from Deur Speet and based on how I am treated fairly and with respect and superior customer service, I will continue to make Deur Speet the only dealership I work with!
