Brake Light and Front Brakes (Two vehicles/two stops) Ken, the Service Advisor, did a great job. I have three (3) concerns about dealing with Deur Speet; the "diagnostic" charge seems excessive, unless I Ken, the Service Advisor, did a great job. I have three (3) concerns about dealing with Deur Speet; the "diagnostic" charge seems excessive, unless I deal with Ken there's always an issue, and while they tout the free car wash and vacuum, there is always an issue with it. These last two (2) visits (on successive days), in neither case was the vehicle vacuumed out decently (we're not talking new car clean, just a reasonable vacuum) and the car wash was shut down due to cold weather. I get the cold weather thing but . . . on previous visits I couldn't get the vehicles washed because the guy was out to lunch, there were three (3) vehicles ahead of me, etc. - I hope you get the drift. Don't have a problem paying for quality services rendered; you might want to take the approach of under committing and over delivering going forward. More
