Excellent service department-superior customer service I worked with Ken Hope and in the past, Kurtis, at the service department. It is very stressful to need my van for work daily, plus managing family life with small children. Ken did a fantastic job keeping me informed of the status of my vehicle repair, walking me through what my warranty would cover and how I can insure my warranty will continue to be available to me if I address service issues right away. Ken and Kurtis have always been friendly and helpful and make me feel like I am their only customer when in fact they are a very busy and successful dealership and their service center is usually packed. The front desk attendant who took payment was also very kind and friendly. I have purchased one vehicle from Deur Speet and based on how I am treated fairly and with respect and superior customer service, I will continue to make Deur Speet the only dealership I work with! More

Heater would not blow warm air The service manager Ken was excellent he was able to work our car in to check out why we could not get heat in our car. Ken called after they started The service manager Ken was excellent he was able to work our car in to check out why we could not get heat in our car. Ken called after they started tearing the dash out and since it was Friday evening he wanted to check if it was ok to proceed with the weekend coming up since it might be tied up over the weekend. We told him to proceed and a short time later he called back to tell us they found the problem and they actually had the needed part on hand. His technician agreed to stay late and finish the project so that we would have our car for the weekend. He also told me he had checked out that our extended warranty covered the repairs which was a very pleasant surprise. We were extremely pleased with the level of service and the extra effort that Ken and his technician made to accommodate us. More
