Love my car! Excellent customer service! Paige is the star of this review but that is because Ken Julian made it happen. When speaking with Ken he immediately sensed I really wanted the car I bought. So he made it happen, Paige drove the car to my home the next day. She was very polite, easy to speak with and very competent. Flagship Motors had a runner come to my office to complete paper work. I don't live or work on the North Shore mind you. The following Sunday I actually went to Lynnfield to pick up my car. Very impressive inventory to say the least. I didn't get a chance to see Paige or Ken that day but Suada and Nick were wonderful. I was treated to a surprise rose bouquet, just so lovely! I had visited another MB dealership the two cars I tested were dirty and the manager said he would bring in another car, time frame 5 days never heard from them again. Our salesman, Jared Kagunda, his managers Nick Ioannidis & Ken Julian, the Finance Manager, Gil Otero and Concierge's Suada Kolenovic & Elder Perez made us truly feel like family from the moment we walked into this beautiful dealership. Jared displayed the type of perseverance, professionalism and patience you would expect from a seasoned salesperson. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail were impeccable. Nick Ioannidis made an immediate impression on us. His grasp of the process of buying/leasing vehicles was rivaled only by his ability to connect with us on a personal level making us feel confident in our purchasing decisions. Gil, the Finance Manager also made a lasting impression of both Kathy and I. His ability to connect with us on a personal level allowed us to relax and enjoy the stressful process of establishing reasonable terms for both purchases. Gil was able to secure a rate both Kathy and I were proud of. His attention to detail and perseverance was, again, only rivaled by his friendly and outgoing personality. Connecting with her on a personal was inspiring. There was no detail too small and her ongoing availability instills so much confidence in the overall experience of owning this vehicle. She was bright, intelligent and thorough. The experience of working with her was fully immersive and rewarding. Elder was the concierge for Kathy's C300. He was almost as excited for our purchase and the vehicle as we were. His knowledge, experience and passion for the car was again, only rivaled by his ability to connect on a personal level and make us feel confident in our purchasing decision. This team at Flagship Motor Cars in Lynnfield helped us fulfill my lifelong dreams of owning new Mercedes Benz's. In hindsight, I can honestly say I would refer anyone to this dealership. I was very impressed by the level of care and professional treatment I received from everyone in the entire process. The sales manager, Ken Julian, is very pleasant and also came across as very trustworthy. He gave me a very good offer on the car without any back and forth. Paige Babcock, who followed up with the ordering process and delivery of the car is great! She is very pleasant to work with, and went beyond the call of duty to make sure the paperwork and the delivery process was as convenient as possible for me. Finally, Suada Kolenovic, also very pleasant, gave me a very thorough overview of the car features and offered help, if I need any, in the future. Ken Julian and his team member Paige Babcock said "Nick is good to see you back.. we know how and what you like and we will take care of you" and sure enough they got my lease upgraded and into a unbelievable 2017 E class for almost the same as my last lease payments and drove away that day. Jared Kagunda, my sales person took a lot time and effort to find me my dream car. For three days in a row he showed me many cars and went on several test drives with me. His enthusiasm for the Mercedes brand is very contagious. He has a gift for truly listening during a conversation which is what made it possible for him to understand what is important to me in a vehicle. Being a good listener is a gift not all possess. I would be amiss if I did not mention the patience he took with me through out the whole process. And also , when I first came to Flagship Motors I was dressed with a hole in my Uggs , a ripped shirt, jeans ,no makeup ,and hair a mess. He greeted me and treated me like a valuable potential customer from the moment we met. Sometimes shopping for a big ticket item as a woman can be frustrating for me because it is a mans world and he never once gave me that impression. I suspect that is because of his good upbringing and professional attitude. It was also refreshing to meet someone who loves their job as much as he does. Arthur I knew from HC Cadillac and he's been my salesperson a couple of times prior, and was very happy to have him again when I purchased my CLA. Grace and Al make bringing in my car for servicing a pleasure, and always have the answers when needed. I recently met Paul McDaniels and found him to be just as nice, friendly and courteous and look forward to dealing with him again in the future. Everyone I've dealt with at Flagship make purchasing a vehicle from them a pleasure. They don't forget you after your purchase and move on - they make a point to also go out of their way to say hello when they see you should you need to bring your vehicle in for servicing.
