Who's Kevin Perkins? Waited for the car to be delivered from another dealership 4-5 hours. Salesman said it was on the way. The dealership it was coming from was only 45 minutes away. (Because I didn't want a sunroof and wanted the color white) Excuse, the driver didn't let them know he turned down the job. The car, wasn't cleaned, before we took it home due to it was so late that evening. (yes they offered but it was already 9:00 p.m) We also were never shown any of the features on the car or how to use them. Very disappointed, the car had over 300 miles on it, but when we filled out the paper work the girl wrote 125 miles. So many mistakes. Very disappointed, with how all this was handled. This may not be what you want to read, but it happened. More

I have been servicing my vehicles with Toyota of Rockwall for more than 10 years, while the service department has been top notch, I have been very disappointed with the sales team. They made me some big pro for more than 10 years, while the service department has been top notch, I have been very disappointed with the sales team. They made me some big promises to get me to buy from them, but unfortunately seemed unable to keep them. And even after I went ahead and still bought the car, i asked someone to contact me to setup an appointment to get some things fixed and I have still not heard back almost a month later. I expressed concerns with the tires on the vehicle and they said they would confirm they are good, never heard back. And 6 days later one of the tires started leaking and Discount Tire said the tire had a preexisting patch already on the side wall and thus made the tire unrepairable and had to be replaced. Honestly I never write negative reviews and maybe this is just a one time thing, but I’m very disappointed with my car buying experience as a whole, as it feels like once they made the sale I was just an after thought. But on a positive side I would still highly recommend the service department they really work to make you happy. More

Every comfort and courtesy were offered and even the sales manager came up to meet us. From there, Kenneth was willing and able to answer all of our questions about the brand and all of the models. The information enabled us to make a decision that was right for us and the sales manager offered us a price I doubt anyone else would have been willing to offer. Aubrey, brilliant, charming and talented young man, then helped through the sales process and explained all of the available options for maintenance and other warranties. We are completely satisfied and would encourage you to visit them, even if your past brand loyalties lay elsewhere. We were lifelong RAM fans and are now the happy owners of a Tundra 1749. More
