Rhett (sales) was outstanding — patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely great to work with throughout the entire pr positive experience. He made what could have been a stressful long-distance purchase feel smooth and professional. My experience with finance was more rigid. While Ken was not unprofessional, his approach felt inflexible and more “this is how we do it” rather than collaborative. As a professional myself, I value adaptability and clear explanation, especially when customers are making significant decisions.
