Ken profiled me as soon as I arrived. He was so rude. My car was broken into & he didn’t bother to call me . It wasn’t his responsibility to call and advise me. Dealership refuses to replace the stolen key car was broken into & he didn’t bother to call me . It wasn’t his responsibility to call and advise me. Dealership refuses to replace the stolen key and phone . I asked for a new service advisor he told me “ absolutely not “ . Never responded to my texts , I was never allowed to speak to a manager because he was out of town or not on the premises. He failed to apologize . Didn’t review my paperwork with me in regards to what was serviced and said I declined the break service when he never not once even mentioned to me that I needed my breaks replaced . I told him it’s common courtesy and customer service to advise customers of what’s going on he told me “ it’s not about customer service or common curtesy “ well if it isn’t about that , then what is it about ? Taking my money and business to another dealership who appreciates and values their customers & still never got contacted by a manager More

Worst service ever received, car was with service for two weeks service advisor called and said car is ready it has no problems.
