Lack of communication from service team. Was told it would take 10 days to connect truck to computer to diagnose issue. After speaking with customer care director I was informed they could p Was told it would take 10 days to connect truck to computer to diagnose issue. After speaking with customer care director I was informed they could pull all this data from the truck directly without the dealership. Scheduled a time to bring in truck for service. After a week of no updates I called back and was told the shop manager was driving it to try and get code to come back on truck. After another week with no update and no mileage increase in ford pass app I called back again to customer care. Was told my truck was still sitting on lot and not in the shop. My truck was 2 weeks old and it was not a priority to anyone but the customer care director. I now have my truck back since nobody was working on it. When picking it up I was told they sent it to diagnostics even though they already had all the error codes. I now have to take it back again when a spot opens up in the shop. If they would have told me this from the beginning I would have been able to enjoy my brand new truck. More

Ken was very attentive and helpful. When I didn't leave happy with my first purchase, he and Jarred worked hard to get me into something I was happier with. The first purchase wasn't the best experience, but the second one completely made up for that. Service department shined as well with their service valet. Devin Martin was prompt and professional. While there was a few things that could be improved, the overall experience was a positive one and I love my new F-150. More
