Lying group of salesmen. They have no NEW Maverick Trucks. You must place an order which might take one year, before you see the new truck you want to buy. Lack of communication I bought my New truck 3 weeks ago. I was contacted by Ms Barker on Monday and she assured me that she would keep me posted and get this resolved i actually felt good going into this. well its Friday ive left several message and no return call. I then was told that my calls needed to be referred to management. Horrible customer service. I contact ford and was told to take it to another dealership to get this knocking sound duplicated. Called another dealership they are happy to look at my truck for me to try to get this resolved being that ive only had this New truck for 3 weeks and 7 of those days was in the shop. So disappointed i heard such good things about planet ford in humble. More

They all made the buying process so easy and convenient. Was able to do most of the transaction by phone and was in and out of the dealership very quickly when it came time to pick up my new truck. This is why me and my family have and will continue to purchase our vehicles from Planet Ford in Humble. More
