To my surprise I walked in, met Ken White, and I must say I couldn't have had a smoother process through this gentleman. He went above and beyond. I fancied myself a reluctant negotiator and was happy to find that the process is gentle. Gone is the high pressure. Gone is the wheeling and dealing. I arrived on Sunday and drove it home on Friday. Ken made it all so easy. He was knowledgeable and funny. I learned alot.
