To my surprise I walked in, met Ken White, and I must say I couldn't have had a smoother process through this gentleman. He went above and beyond. I fancied myself a reluctant negotiator and was happy to find that the process is gentle. Gone is the high pressure. Gone is the wheeling and dealing. I arrived on Sunday and drove it home on Friday. Ken made it all so easy. He was knowledgeable and funny. I learned alot. My first experience with Ken was so great, I couldn't imagine going to purchase my next car from anyone else. I called him the day after the accident, and he began to help me look for my next car right away. He was extremely helpful in moving things quickly and getting me in my next car as soon as possible.
