A few days ago, I sent an email to the same dealership looking to purchace a Highlander Hybrid. Steve Kiviat, contacted me soon after hearing from me, via email, with the courtesy, honesty and accomodating nature that I remembered from my first purchase. His exceptional people skills set my wife and I at ease very quickly. We are so thankful that we again took the 1 1/2 hour ride from Maine in order to purchase our second certified used car from Acton Toyota. we can't say enough about the integrity and the "going above and beyound" mentality that exists at this dealership.
