Got my battery changed there, car completely died, had to get a tow truck, come to find out the terminal clamps were stripped and the clamps come off easily. They also didn’t bolt the battery down so it was get a tow truck, come to find out the terminal clamps were stripped and the clamps come off easily. I spent $500 to get a new battery with you all and now have $150 for a tow and getting the clamps fixed because corners were cut. I’ve called 2x and each time the line was busy to talk to service. I’ve put my trust in this place for years now and now don’t think that this is the right place to trust. More

I waited over 3 hrs for an oil change, after 2 hrs I went out to see what was taking sooo long, found my car still sitting in the bay where I left it when I pulled in, I had talked to Adam and he put the n out to see what was taking sooo long, found my car still sitting in the bay where I left it when I pulled in, I had talked to Adam and he put the number tag on the car and said he would take care of everything and go wait in the lounge and it should not take very long after 2 hours I went out to see what was going on and found out the work order had not been put in, Kendrick?? talked to me and I explained I had an 11am appointment and was still waiting, he said he would take care of it and rotate the tires that was at 1:20pm got the care back at 2:15 with the oil change info but nothing about the tires and no apology or explanation More
