They told me the fixed everything and charged $4k. Within 24 hours the engine light came back on. When I took it back to Jeep, they said 'It's unfortunate timing, but we need to take the entire engine Within 24 hours the engine light came back on. When I took it back to Jeep, they said 'It's unfortunate timing, but we need to take the entire engine apart.' This was after it was 'fixed' the first time. Very poor customer service. Asked to speak with service manager, left a voicemail message for him, and finally 3 days later he called, but no follow-up. We will not use this dealership again More

Spam email and texts as soon as I gave my contact info to the dealer, offering to buy my car (x2), asking to rate the dealership (x2) asking for follow up concerns (x2). Only car dealer I have ever seen that the dealer, offering to buy my car (x2), asking to rate the dealership (x2) asking for follow up concerns (x2). Only car dealer I have ever seen that charges a fee to customers when they use a credit card. Backup camera software recall was projected to take “at least one day,” with no comp car offered. xxx? I will never do business with this dealership if it can be avoided. More

No hassle, accommodating, professional. Done on time, done correctly. Very consistent in the way they do things. Done on time, done correctly. Very consistent in the way they do things. More

I came in thinking I'd get my car diagnosed and fully fixed. I already paid my $200 deductible, then another $300+ just for an oil change, tire rotate and balanced, and windshield washer fixed, but my car wasn't aligned and asked me to bring it back to get two sensors that is another few hundred. Probably expecting another $200 deductible. I cannot be without my car to keep dropping it o f f. That's why we are purchasing it, because my old suv is no good. We pat too much in payments to be charged our body parts to repair. Just maintenance upkeep is too expensive to take to your dealership. Life is too hard already. We're not rich. More
