Kendrick is kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. He is too good to be at that dealership. The dealership seems to screw over customers getting service any chance they get. The dont participate in coupons, they will not turn claims into warrantee company, they act like they care when you complain, then carry on with the same trash communication and gouging. We will not be returning and we're done with Mopar. I will also advise others not to use this dealership. More

Kendrick was awesome, polite and knowledgeable. However, prices are too high. Take for example, when flushing radiator for several hundreds, price for a $25 thermostat and a radiator hose was $400. 1st diagnosis proved to be incorrect. Repair did not fix problem. Question now that had the bring Jeep back in with essentially same problem. I didn’t feel welcome. I didn’t feel like a customer. When I dropped off or when I picked up. Confusing on arrival and no one steered me to where I needed to go to pick up I didn’t feel like a customer. When I dropped off or when I picked up. Confusing on arrival and no one steered me to where I needed to go to pick up my vehicle when I returned. No signage telling me where to go. Technicians all standing together no one acknowledged when I walked by. I was told I needed to leave my vehicle for 7 days to get it diagnosed. Went to another Jeep dealer in town who diagnosed and fixed in a day and a half, with great customer service. Go elsewhere. Hopefully they get some good management someday. More

Makes me wonder what else you up charge on. Will for sure be shopping around when it's time to look for a new car! More
