Kendrick was awesome, polite and knowledgeable. However, prices are too high. Take for example, when flushing radiator for several hundreds, price for a $25 thermostat and a radiator hose was $400. Kendrick is kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. He is too good to be at that dealership. The dealership seems to screw over customers getting service any chance they get.
