I didn’t feel welcome. I didn’t feel like a customer. When I dropped off or when I picked up. Confusing on arrival and no one steered me to where I needed to go to pick up I didn’t feel like a customer. When I dropped off or when I picked up. Technicians all standing together no one acknowledged when I walked by. I was told I needed to leave my vehicle for 7 days to get it diagnosed. Went to another Jeep dealer in town who diagnosed and fixed in a day and a half, with great customer service. Go elsewhere. Hopefully they get some good management someday. More
