Technicians all standing together no one acknowledged when I walked by. I was told I needed to leave my vehicle for 7 days to get it diagnosed. Went to another Jeep dealer in town who diagnosed and fixed in a day and a half, with great customer service. Go elsewhere. Hopefully they get some good management someday. More

Makes me wonder what else you up charge on. Will for sure be shopping around when it's time to look for a new car! More
