I took my RAM 1500 for diagnostic and checkup, first they misdiagnosed the issue and second time they replaced the starter, I have weird noise from starter area when I accelerate but they said I have to pay misdiagnosed the issue and second time they replaced the starter, I have weird noise from starter area when I accelerate but they said I have to pay for them to diagnose the issue. The issue started immediately I picked the truck from their possession and keeps on getting worse. Their concern is about money and not customer service. The manager was rude when I tried to explain the issue. Never going there again! More

There are few service departments that I would give 5-stars in a review. Olathe Dodge is definitely on that list.
