I took my vehicle in for a routine maintenance checkup and all they did was change oil and rotate tires. I noticed when I got the car back that the check engine light was still on. I went back in and they and all they did was change oil and rotate tires. I noticed when I got the car back that the check engine light was still on. I went back in and they said they did not notice it because I did not right it down. Then I was told I would have to make another appointment because this was the wrong type of appointment to check out the check engine light. Not happy, I would have expected that they would at lease say “hey did you notice the check engine light was on, did you want us to check it out?” More

A lot of red on my free inspection, however, it was not giving to me until I asked. Excellent service. Took my vehicle here for routine maintenance and oil/filter change. I got an appointment right away. I waited for my vehicle while doing some computer work. The service got done promptly to my surprise and my wait time was pretty decent. Very satisfied! Recommended. More

I pass at least five other dealerships to get to Olathe Dodge. A few years ago when I first started using them , I was rather impressed. But in my last few visits im not as impressed as in the past.
