I took my vehicle in for a routine maintenance checkup and all they did was change oil and rotate tires. I noticed when I got the car back that the check engine light was still on. I went back in and they and all they did was change oil and rotate tires. I noticed when I got the car back that the check engine light was still on. I went back in and they said they did not notice it because I did not right it down. Then I was told I would have to make another appointment because this was the wrong type of appointment to check out the check engine light. Not happy, I would have expected that they would at lease say “hey did you notice the check engine light was on, did you want us to check it out?” More

Excellent service. Took my vehicle here for routine maintenance and oil/filter change. I got an appointment right away. First appointment was given for late in the afternoon. Service said sorry not enough time to perform this recall. Rescheduled brought in the day before and left it all signed in for a 7:30 a.m. appointmen Service said sorry not enough time to perform this recall. Took an hour to get somebody to find service guy to say oh yeah it's done just doing the paperwork now. Like a week later I get a your car should be ready soon notice. And then a couple days later a how was your service yesterday. Really stay on top of stuff More
