My car still not fixed everything they told me wasn't true or accurate asked me for $800 for me to have skin in the game with a full warranty I had to pay for all my own rental cars with a warranty my car sitting you a lot for 30 days without getting fixed for me to give him $800 that the warranty should have paid for I tow my car at your lot all the mechanics you have they never find the problems and the problem that didn't exist that's what they found the whole entire issue was a starter need to be put on my car they were telling me a motor need to be put in my car kept my car too strong on me out of $800 not good business. My trust go they didn't give me oil changes at the time of my oil changes they topped my oil off and still a change in it never noticed it avoiding my warranty cuz it didn't show oil changes but it showed my car was in your shop they didn't properly service my vehicle for numerous and months about the car at 54,000 miles plus at 60,000 miles the factory warranty would have paid for it if they would have done the proper accurate information and work instead of trying to beat me out of money and a warranty company at the same time telling us two different informations. More

Kendrick was very nice but I waited for three hours with no updates on my vehicle. It was brought up to the front and was there for an hour before I had to go say something to the cashier. I have purchased vehicles from each dealer in the past, and the present vehicle that I have is a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit 4XE, and I am overly impressed with not only the vehicle but with the service that is provided by Olathe Jeep to keep it strong. I must give a shout out to the Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit, that if anything happens to mine.,,, I will replace it with the same! 100% Thanks to Sam for turning this place around! One very important concern,,,,I am 100% about customer service. I give my clients 110% customer support. Not only has Sam turned the service Dept 100% around, your AI system literally sucks! I know you're under contract for a year with whoever is providing you with that crap, but if I have a continued problem, trying to get a hold of somebody that I'm going back to Reed Jeep in a heartbeat. whatever happened to Andy? She was not only personable but actually somebody like a speak to instead of the AI crap. I don't even like ordering at McDonald's anymore because of the AI crap!
