I scheduled a warranty issue weeks in advance for a 2 hour labor job. Kendrick not only failed to get it complete before the end of the day but left for the weekend without contacting me. I had to drive to the dealer the next day and explain to another service person in order to get my vehicle. This is the second issue I have had with Kendrick and will refuse to work with him in the future. More
