I waited over 3 hrs for an oil change, after 2 hrs I went out to see what was taking sooo long, found my car still sitting in the bay where I left it when I pulled in, I had talked to Adam and he put the n out to see what was taking sooo long, found my car still sitting in the bay where I left it when I pulled in, I had talked to Adam and he put the number tag on the car and said he would take care of everything and go wait in the lounge and it should not take very long after 2 hours I went out to see what was going on and found out the work order had not been put in, Kendrick?? talked to me and I explained I had an 11am appointment and was still waiting, he said he would take care of it and rotate the tires that was at 1:20pm got the care back at 2:15 with the oil change info but nothing about the tires and no apology or explanation More
