I brought my car in with specifics concerns and told none of the concerns were found although I had a picture of the oil leak. My car sat for 5 days before it was even looked at and I was never given a loane of the concerns were found although I had a picture of the oil leak. My car sat for 5 days before it was even looked at and I was never given a loaner car although I was specifically told loaners are always available when I bought my Wagoneer and I requested one. Although no one found anything wrong with my Jeep, they did recommend $1900 worth of fluids and belts (on a one year old vehicle). The techs, however, said it was in excellent condition. When I came to pick my Wagoneer up, I had to wait 35 minutes for someone to “bring it up top” with the keys. I won’t be returning. I had a similar experience when I was looking to buy my car which is why I bought it in Lee’s Summit. More

Unfortunately poor customer service and quality attention to repair my vehicle has been poor. Promised follow up has not happened either even after addressing my concerns with management. I was disappointed with the service. I spent $3000 to fix the condition of the vehicle dying at a stop light when in drive. It didn't fix it at all. The next day when I drove it across t I spent $3000 to fix the condition of the vehicle dying at a stop light when in drive. It didn't fix it at all. The next day when I drove it across town it died multiple times. I could have got a new alternator and pulleys for significantly less cost from my normal mechanic but since I was assured this would fix the dying issue, I spent the extra cost. I understand the alternator and pulleys needed to be replaced but it did not fix the issue I brought it in for. I also realize, I could bring it back and let your technicians look at it again, but that is why I spent more money for the expertise to isolate the problem and not to keep guessing or me spending more money on other possible solutions. Secondly, I declined buying a new battery because I knew I could get it at less cost somewhere else. I had the battery tested after your recommendation and they concluded it was still a good battery and was 100% charged. This makes me question everything that was said or done and I will question ever using your service again. More
