Was told needed new battery on a fully charged battery. Disappointed!! Couldn’t pick up van when asked. Charged for misc shop supplies but was never given a list of said supplies. Was also informed needed an appointment dropped off van at 7am was told it would take 2 days for a diagnostic they called later telling me I needed a new auxiliary battery (which I asked before dropping it off and no one could even tell me where it was) and a new main battery. Main battery is totally fine. So I didn’t enjoy being lied too about what I actually needed and the cost was outrageous!! More
