My car is with them almost two weeks due to engine recall issue "p1326". They will not offer loaner car and they said waiting for tech support approval for a new motor. I need car to work. I called customer issue "p1326". They will not offer loaner car and they said waiting for tech support approval for a new motor. I need car to work. I called customer service to ask them to speed up some. It seems like no one care and no one wants to follow up with the tech line and they refuse to give me the number. They told me it might takes up to 6 weeks from approval to install. It will be two weeks next Tuesday since the engine flashing. It is very frustrating they treat customer like this. I guess anything under warranty is not their priority. More
