The system went down the afternoon I picked up my vehicle, after I had already been waiting quite a while. 2 hours after my appointment time I was sent home and scheduled a time to come back the next day and it still took another 90 minutes on Day 2. It was the shortest test drive I have ever had, not really demonstrating the benefits of the car. I had previously owned this same model of car and so maybe the associate felt it was a done deal, but w really demonstrating the benefits of the car. Once we returned to the dealership, I felt pressured to sign the paper, give them a personal check and move on. After I returned with the bank check, the sales associate took it to financiing, and then said "I'll be right back" and went on to work with previous customer. So I was left sitting for about 20 minutes with no idea what was really going on until I went to the desk and asked what was happening and why the delay (it was paperwork). The associate said the car would be detailed (while I was getting the check) and it was done nicely;however, considering I just purchased car, I expected maybe a full tank of gas and car mats - as I have from other dealerships. More

He had positive energy and a playful personality that made me feel at home. Kenn, in finance was also extremely helpful and polite. Reassured me often and was very transparent about everything. I was extremely impressed. As a single female, this was my first time purchasing a car by myself and they both treated me with the utmost respect.
