Great Car Buying Experience! This was our first experience with buying from a car dealership as we have always bought from private parties, but we are now sold on this dealership. This was our first experience with buying from a car dealership as we have always bought from private parties, but we are now sold on this dealership. We shopped all around the state and found that the prices were very solid compared to anything else we found in the area, and then they had a great sale that brought the price down below what we had seen thus far. Sam Carpenter was the fantastic and patiently worked with us for several hours looking at several different models. He was very professional and friendly and made us feel confident in buying from this dealership. We didn't know exactly what model we wanted and he gave us the time to decide, never pressuring us. We lived out of town and wanted some extra things done to the vehicle and he made special accommodations for us to be able to come back at our convenience to have those things done for free. Once we bought the vehicle, Sam helped us transfer all our belongings and even transferred our state park sticker. He even took pictures for us as we said goodbye to our old family van! We also had several children in tow and they had a great time eating snacks, playing games, and watching movies. We never could have made the decision if our children hadn't had such an enjoyable area to relax. We also worked with Kenn who did all our financing. He was also fantastic and explained a lot of complicated warranty information so that we could clearly understand and make an informed decision. Thank you Sam, Kenn and Wilde East Towne Honda! More

After speaking with Scott Jensen on the phone I could tell immediately this dealership was different than others. Scott was honest, considerate and walked me through how to trade in my current lease for a new one. There was no haggling, gotchas, or unexpected surprises. Other dealers tried to lowball me offers or try sales tactics to bait and switch me. Wilde East Towne Honda was the exact opposite. They were honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I drove an hour and a half to go see them and it was well worth it. I look forward to dealing with Scott Jensen and kenn Ogunsola again. Kenn was very fun, laid back and has a great personality. I can only speak on my experience with trading my lease in and if you are looking to trade your lease in, Wilde East Towne Honda was the best dealer I experienced in the state of WI. I was seeking a combination of a great price with low mileage on a 2017 or 2018. My searches led me to Wilde East Towne Honda. I worked with Bryar, who was very patient with me and never pushy. He showed me research on prices of comparable CR-V's, and it was quite evident that Wilde East Towne Honda had the best deals. Having driven 85 miles from Oak Creek, Wisconsin, I did need to text my wife as we negotiated a price, and that took some time because she was busy at her employment. We agreed on a price that satisfied both my wife and me. The whole process at the dealer, including the test drive, negotiation, and finalizing all the paperwork, took about 2 hours. More
