I was after one major thing: A manual transmission. Thanks to Kenn, I drove away in exactly that! I did a lot of research about the car I wanted and I was honestly prepared to get it from any dealer that I could, but after meeting Kenn, it only took a couple of moments before I knew I had to buy my car from *him*. Not only was he friendly and personable, but he made it his mission to ensure I was the one leading the decision and that I was happy with everything in front of me. Despite having done a ton of research, Kenn showed me neat little things about my car that I didn't even realize existed! The dude is supremely knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. On the finance side of things, Josh was completely up-front and approachable, and I really appreciate his candor and his easygoing attitude. I felt like my presence was actually welcomed, and there wasn't a single bit of my time that came off as overly transactional or bureaucratic—everything felt human, which was a total relief. (He was also pretty proud of my choice to get a manual—we're a dying breed.) Kenn and Josh were a fantastic team. I didn't feel like a customer or like a line item on a spreadsheet. Instead, I felt like I was respected and appreciated, and that makes all the difference. For anyone reading this review, please keep these two in mind. A process but the team came through in the end! I started the car buying experience through TrueCar. It hooked me up with Kenn and he was great in guiding me through the process. He was knowledgeable about vehicles, honest in pricing, and easy to talk with. He was patient with me in my many calls, texts, and emails and even came in on his day off to help me with my purchase! When I had made my decision they did a great job arranging the car for me but there was some miscommunication with the financing department. The night I came to purchase, the financing was not ready (because I changed the terms at the last minute) and I had already sold my previous car privately. Instead of leaving me without a car, they allowed me to take the car I intended to buy as a loner for two days! When I returned, there was still some miscommunication about the lender I intended to use and the amount I was able to pay down on my credit card. Instead of the sale falling through however, they fixed the loan terms, allowed me to put way more down on the credit card than I should have, and gave me an additional discount on an extended warranty for the trouble. The miscommunication was likely due to my inexperience with car buying and they made sure to both help me understand things better and to make it so my misunderstanding didn't hurt me in the end. More

We live in La Crosse and this dealership is in Madison. We were told skeptical things about buying a car out of town lured to do so by a good price. My husband expressed our concerns directly to Kenn. He was most forthcoming and honest as well as reassuring. Kenn responded to my husband's multiple phone calls, emails and questions in a timely manner. When we went to the dealership to sign the paperwork, Peter Bothe who manages the dealership made a special point to introduce himself to us and spent time with us. Ken spent a lot of time going over the electronics of the car never rushing us along. He is very personable as well as knowledgeable. Samir in finance was not aggressive in his warranty options and very patient with questions as well. Most likely we were the last appointments of the day and no one ever made us feel rushed in any way. I highly recommend all the above mentioned staff as well as this dealership. Our experience was seamless, friendly and professional. More
